Yann is an International Sourcing Executive with experience in Automotive, Energy and High-tech industries.
He is a critical thinker who can target the functional processes and lead the optimization of a company’s results from a cost, quality and lead time perspective.

He holds an Engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and an Executive MBA from the International business school HEC Paris.

Yann last served as Chief Procurement Officer at Datalogic, managing 330M€/year, +800 direct and +4000 indirect suppliers, +95 people (Vietnam, China, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Brazil and US), covering commodity, indirect and project sourcing, supplier quality, capacity planning & tooling management.
He started his professional experience at STMicroelectronics as European Purchasing Manager.
He then moved to KONE taking the role of Site Sourcing Manager and Global Sourcing Manager.
At ALSTOM he held the position of Commodity Manager and shortly after was promoted to LATAM Sourcing Director.
At WABCO he served as Global Commodity Leader & Regional Sourcing Leader.

He has worked in several locations across the world, covering Western and Eastern Europe, China, and LATAM.

Yann is fluent in English, Italian, French and Portuguese.
