Macoa helped defining and implementing a business strategy project focused on setting a customer centric approach for a multinational organization offering products and services to an advanced technology industry market at global level.

Considering the quick organic and inorganic growth of the organization, the CEO with our assistance took the decision to undertake an integration of the different business units and establish an industry aligned sales and marketing organization along with product development and corporate functions at group level.

Our approach was to set up the project governance consisting of the steering committee, the working teams by industries/functions and the Project Management Office which would facilitate the change and lead the transition to the new global organization. During the design phase of the new organizational model, we have assessed the best approach to achieve customer centricity and studied the level of change needed.

During the deployment phase we helped assessing and transforming the functional strategies for Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Research and Development, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and other group functions.

By instilling shared values and a common strategy across the organization at a global level we have successfully delivered the very ambitious results expected from such a complex project.
