Art Shala – PhD

Art has more than 15 years of professional and academic experience in the field of strategy development, marketing/sales and operations.

He holds a PhD in Marketing. Art holds a MSc degree in Communication and Economics from the University of Lugano in Switzerland. He has published several research papers on scientific journals, conferences across Europe and the United States of America. His main areas of research are:
Marketing driven organizations, Branding strategy and Consumer Behaviour.

He has worked with several organisations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Currently, he is Managing Partner at XPR Consulting LLC as well as Professor of Marketing Strategy. He has experience in strategic marketing, creating market driven organisation and operations.

Throughout his career he has worked with various international organisations such as: Datalogic, Lux-Development, Telecom Italia, Somatoline Cosmetics, Bolton Group etc.

He is fluent in English, Italian and Albanian.
